Beet Hummus and Avacado Toast

Cooking Time: 2 hours
What you'll need:
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- 2/3 cup beet hummus
- 1 large ripe but firm avocado, sliced
- Handful watercress, baby arugula, spinach, or sprouts
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
- Toast each slice of bread until desired done-ness.
- Spread Ginger Beet Hummus thickly and evenly.
- Top with avocado, watercress, sea salt and pepper.
