Beet, berry and chia smoothie

Bursting with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory & detoxifying goodness, there's no better way to kick start the day than with a Beet, Berry and Chia Smoothie!

Preparation Time: 3 minutes

What you'll need:

  • 3 Love Beets medium beetroot
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup apple cider (or apple juice)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

 

What to do:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
