Beet Berry Chia Seed Smoothie

What you'll need:

  • 3 Love Beets cooked beets
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple cider (or apple juice)
  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

 What to do:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
